How can I reserve a Balloon House for my event?

All reservations are taken via phone at (559) 623-7327. Please call us to make sure we have a Balloon House available on the date of your event.

We will then send you a payment link such are Venmo, or Zelle to process the $190 non refundable deposit to hold the date. This will be added to your total cost.

After the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an agreement and Waiver for you to sign that includes all the details of our service and everything you need to know.


How many people can go inside the Balloon House at a time?

The recommended capacity for the Balloon House is 4 adult guests and/or or 4 children at a time. Children under the age of 4 will need an adult with them while inside the Balloon House. Our attendant will supervise the access to the Balloon House to make sure the capacity stays safe for guests at all times.

Where can I place the Balloon House?

Interior spaces are highly recommended to avoid worrying about weather conditions. If your event is outdoors, we highly recommend dedicating a space with shade from nearby trees for example, to avoid direct sunlight exposure as much as possible.

Please measure the set-up area you have in mind. We ideally need 20’ L x 16’ W x 10’ H to set up the Balloon House for your event.

Apon booking your event we require a photo of the desired space you would like the Balloon House to be set up so we can ensure the space works for both parties. The set-up area must be a flat even surface with no holes or divots.

We are able to set up on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, and pavement; we are not able to set up on dirt, mud, gravel, rocks, or mulch. We lay tarps down but need to ensure no sharp surfaces poke through.

What comes included with my rental?

The Balloon House is a 4 hour minimum rental. The set up and break down are not included in your four hours of use. Additional hours may be added at additional costs and communication with our attendant.

One attended to deliver, set up, oversee the use of the Balloon House while on location and break down.

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes. We deliver, set up, and break down the Balloon House at your event. Set up takes anywhere between 45 minutes to 1.5 hour depending on the set up. The break down takes around 40 minutes.

Do I need to provide electric power?


The Balloon House requires a power outlet within 50-100ft of the setup area. To avoid tripping the unit or blowing a fuse, it’s best to plug into an outlet that is dedicated, meaning nothing else is plugged into that outlet/circuit. Ideally, we prefer a 20 amp outlet whenever possible, but can usually work with a 15 amp outlet if that’s what you have available. We will have the appropriate extension cords and are not able to exceed 100ft. If you have a generator added to your to your reservation then you can skip this part!

What happens if there is bad weather?

We consistently monitor wind, rain, thunder/lightning and extreme temperatures to make sure the use of the Balloon House is not a hazard for anyone. We are not able to set up outdoors if weather conditions are unsafe (e.g. rain, high winds, etc.).

We do tether down the Balloon House with our custom mini weights and if needed for outdoors small steel pegs to go in the ground. It’s always a great idea to have an indoor backup plan whenever possible so the party can continue regardless!

We always reserve the right to cancel the service if the climate conditions put your guests and our staff at risk.

Will the balloons match my decorations?

Absolutely! Creating the space you envision is top priority. We are here to help with customizing your color selection to ensure our balloons go with your decorations. We will work hand-in-hand with your party planner/decorator or with you to make sure of this.

How can I pay for my reservation?

Please call us to make sure we are available on the date of your event. If the date is available, we will then send you a payment link such are Venmo, Stripe, or Zelle to process the $105 non refundable deposit to hold the date.

After the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an agreement and Waiver for you to sign and return (scan and email back) that includes all the details of our service and everything you need to know.

The remaining balance will be due 72 hours prior to your event.

What are the Rules for the Bubble House?

No footwear, food, drinks, confetti, glitter, pets, slime, sharp objects, or face paint inside the Balloon House.

Small children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult. No more than 4-5 users, adult or children at a time.

Outdoor setups in temperatures exceeding 95 degrees must be in a shaded area.

We are unable to setup in winds that exceed 15mph, rain, or thunderstorms.

What is your cleaning policy?

We understand the importance of cleanliness and safety for your event. That’s why we take great pride in ensuring that all of our equipment is not only visually appealing but also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every use. We use hospital-grade disinfectant and non-toxic, fragrance-free products and equipment. Our Balloon Houses are also cleaned using the same methods. We inspect all of our products and equipment after every use, once it is cleaned and again before the next use. Our Balloon Houses are ventilated and sanitized. So, rest assured, you and your guests can enjoy our equipment in a safe and healthy environment.


Can you set up at a park?

Yes! Please contact your local park office to get a permit for rentals for your event date.
Please Note:

• Some parks do not allow inflatables. Inform them this is NOT a bounce house and that we are insured and licensed.
• Some parks only allow specific-sized bouncers.
• Some parks do not require a permit.
• The latest pick-up time for Park Rentals will be 30 minutes before sunset.
• A generator is needed for park usage and is an additional fee if you would like to rent through us.
